Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (3 if medium size)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Beat egg whites until dry and very stiff.
- Add vanilla. Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop by spoonful on foil-covered cookie sheet.
- Heat oven to 350° and turn off heat. Put cookies in oven and leave overnight or for at least 6 hours.
