Ingredients
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Method
- Mix pudding, pineapple and pineapple juice; beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
- Add nuts and Cool Whip; mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
