Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. garlic
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Method
- Beat egg with 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
- Combine garlic powder, paprika and flour.
- Dip chicken in egg, then flour mixture.
- Brown chicken in margarine.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; add 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
- Add to skillet with chicken.
- Cover; let simmer for 20 minutes.
