Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced California chiles
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. half and half or milk
Method
- Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended, using enough cream for a dipping consistency.
- Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
- Makes approximately 3 cups.
