Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 4 c. flour (plain)
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 oz. lemon extract
  • 8 oz. red cherries
  • 8 oz. green cherries
  • 1 box white raisins
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 6 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar well.
  • Add eggs, extract, 3 cups flour and baking powder.
  • Mix one cup flour with cut up fruit and raisins.
  • Add fruit with creamed mixture.
  • Add nuts last.
  • Pour into lined 10-inch Bundt pans.
  • Bake at 275° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
