Ingredients
- 1 large chicken, cooked and boned
- 1/4 c. onion
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Minute rice, cooked as directed on box
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Bone chicken in small pieces.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Remove from heat.
- Add flour, curry powder and salt.
- Stir until well blended.
- Add 8 3/4 cups of broth and return to heat.
- Stir constantly until sauce is thickened.
- Pour over rice.
