Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted

Method

  • Cook potatoes until tender (30 minute).
  • Cool, peel and mash. Combine with next 6 ingredients.
  • Spoon evenly into 2 greased 9-inch pans.
  • Combine sugar, pecans and flour.
  • Sprinkle over top. Drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
