Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 7 cups tortilla chips
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced jalapeno pepper slices
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a small saucepan over medium high heat, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and teriyaki sauce.
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add to the saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
  • Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce until chicken is evenly coated.
  • Place half of the chips in an oven safe baking dish; cover with layers of half of the cheese, chicken, pineapple, and onion.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Top with crumbled bacon, jalapeno slices, and cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
