Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 can chicken with rice soup
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Method
- Mix flour and garlic pwdr in plastic bag.
- Shake pork chops in bag till well coated.
- Fry till light brown.
- Place pork chops in bottom of crock pot.
- Cover with can of soup.
- Cook on high for 4 hrs or possibly simmer on low several hrs.
