Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks, flour, milk and lemon. Fold in egg whites (beaten).
- Put in well-greased and floured custard cups.
- Bake in 1/2 inch water for 45 minutes at 350°.
