Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Method

  • Cook onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent.
  • Add the beef and cook, stirring, until beef is light brown.
  • Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice and garnish with paprika.
