Ingredients
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Cook onion in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until transparent.
- Add the beef and cook, stirring, until beef is light brown.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice and garnish with paprika.
