Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1 to 2 c. chopped ham
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 can water
- 3/4 c. rice, uncooked
Method
- Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until tender; add bouillon diluted with 1 soup can water, rice and ham.
- Cover and cook slowly 30 minutes.
