Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 can carrots
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can early peas
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can sliced potatoes
- 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- seasoned salt to taste
- Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a 5-quart pot slow cooker or crock-pot.
- Simmer for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- The longer it cooks, the better.
- Serves 10 to 12 people.
