Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
- 2 c. tortelinni
- 4 c. chicken broth
Method
- In medium size saucepan bring chopped vegetables to a simmer in 2 c. chicken broth.
- Cook until tender.
- Bring to boil another 4 c. chicken broth, add tortelinni, cook until it floats.
- Add chicken and vegetable mixture.
