Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. noodles, boiled in saltwater, drained and washed
- tomatoes
- chopped ham
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and nutmeg
- cheese and butter
Method
- In bowl, add 1 layer of noodles, 1 layer of tomatoes and chopped ham; repeat same.
- Add noodles on top.
- Beat the eggs and milk.
- Add salt and nutmeg.
- Pour over top.
- Sprinkle with cheese and butter.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
