Ingredients

  • Cooking Time: 20 Min
  • 4 x (4-6 ounce.) Mahi-Mahi Fillets or possibly Steaks, thawed if necessary rinse in cool water and pat dry
  • 2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 c. Vermouth
  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun Blackened Seasoning Mix
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped Lemon Wedge

Method

  • Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning and garlic; cook ( 2 min), stirring constantly; add in vermouth and cook (3 min), stirring constantly.
  • Add in Mahi-Mahi Steaks or possibly Fillets and cook (10 min per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part), or possibly till fish just flakes when tested with fork.
  • Serve garnished with fresh parsley and with lemon wedges to the side.
