Ingredients
- 1 None baguette, cut into 20 thin slices and toasted
- 1/4 cup black olive tapenade
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 7 oz haloumi cheese, cut into 20 slices
- 2 tbsp small fresh oregano leaves
Method
- Spread the toasted bread with tapenade.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook the cheese until lightly browned on both sides. Top each toast with cheese; sprinkle with oregano.
