Ingredients
- 50 grams Carrot
- 25 grams Tarako
- 1 tbsp each Sake and mirin
- 1 dash Sesame oil
Method
- Slice the carrot into thin matchsticks.
- Remove the tarako skin, then break up the tarako in a bowl while mixing in the sake and mirin.
- In a small heat resistant bowl, microwave for 1.5 minutes at 700W.
- Remove and mix with the carrots, drizzle in sesame oil and serve.
