Ingredients
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
- 1 green pepper - chopped
- 1 c. celery - chopped
- 1 c. onion - chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Mix first four ingredients in large bowl.
- Set aside.
- Put remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour this mixture over the ingredients in large bowl.
