Ingredients
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 c. rice
Method
- Brown and season pork chops in a skillet.
- Pour soup over pork chops (do not add water) and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour. Cook rice according to package directions.
- Serve pork chops and gravy over rice.
- Serves 4.
