Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can green chilis (diced)
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 med.-sized tomato
Method
- Puree the avocados, lime juice and salt.
- Pour into bowl and add in onion, chilis and tomato.
- Mix, cover and chill.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
- This mix can also be used as a garnish for tacos or possibly enchiladas.
