Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 squash
  • 2 green squash
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • Molly McButter

Method

  • Cut into quarters the squash, potatoes, carrots and onion. Place on large piece of aluminum foil.
  • Spray with Pam.
  • Place vegetables on foil.
  • Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Molly McButter.
  • Wrap foil tightly and grill until fork-tender, 15 to 25 minutes.
  • Some other vegetables good for grilling are corn, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower.
