Ingredients
- 2 to 3 squash
- 2 green squash
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- Molly McButter
Method
- Cut into quarters the squash, potatoes, carrots and onion. Place on large piece of aluminum foil.
- Spray with Pam.
- Place vegetables on foil.
- Salt, pepper and sprinkle with Molly McButter.
- Wrap foil tightly and grill until fork-tender, 15 to 25 minutes.
- Some other vegetables good for grilling are corn, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower.
