Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar or 14 pkt. Equal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Toss cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrot in large bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper in a jar. Shake well to blend.
  • Pour over greens and toss to coat.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight to blend flavors.
