Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar or 14 pkt. Equal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Toss cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrot in large bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper in a jar. Shake well to blend.
- Pour over greens and toss to coat.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight to blend flavors.
