- 6 to 8 medium mild onions
- squeeze margarine
- dash of salt
Method
- Slice onions into rings, separating the rings in large bowl. Drizzle with margarine; sprinkle with salt.
- Toss thoroughly. Cover grill top with aluminum foil, folding edges up.
- Puncture numerous small holes in foil.
- Place onions on foil in thin layer. Close grill.
- Stir occasionally until light brown, 15 minutes.
