Ingredients
- 2 whole Beaten Eggs
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- Optional Garnishes: Powdered Sugar, Fresh Berries, Etc
Method
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray (Pam or whatever) and preheat on medium/low heat.
- Put eggs in large bowl and beat with whisk. Add salt and baking soda and beat well. Add 1/4 cup of flour, then add 1/4 cup of milk - alternating until gone. Stir well.
- When pan is hot, ladle in small amounts of batter and flip pancake after 5-10 seconds. Fold the finished pancakes into triangles. Serve with powdered sugar and fresh blueberries or strawberries.
