Ingredients
- 2 large cans pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime jello
- 1 qt. ginger ale
- 4 c. hot water
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pineapple juice and sugar. Stir in ginger ale. Freeze until icy. Stir occasionally to keep mushy. Makes 1 gallon.
