Ingredients
- white cake mix (oil, egg and water to go with)
- 2 c. shredded coconut
- 2/3 c. raspberry preserves
- 1 tub light Cool Whip
- raspberries to garnish
Method
- Follow recipe on box adding 1/2 cup coconut.
- Bake in two (9-inch) cake pans.
- Cool cake.
