Ingredients
- 1 can green beans
- 2/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. butter
Method
- Cook green beans and season to taste with salt and butter. Drain beans (use liquid); add enough water to make 3/4 cup.
- Add Minute rice.
- Cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand several minutes.
- Combine hot beans, rice and cheese.
- Toss all together.
