Ingredients
- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook spinach five minutes; drain.
- Put a layer of spinach into a quart casserole dish.
- Cover with sour cream that has been mixed with dry onion soup.
- Put rest of spinach on this mixture. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until bubbles and cheese melts.
