Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c. unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Method

  • Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Microwave on High for 9 to 10 1/2 minutes.
  • Add chocolate bits and marshmallow cream.
  • Microwave on High for 30 seconds.
  • Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
  • Stir until chocolate pieces are melted.
  • Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
