Ingredients

  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Method

  • Drain beans.
  • Put in bottom of oblong dish (9 x 13-inch). Drain corn and chestnuts.
  • Layer over beans.
  • Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and mayonnaise together.
  • Put this on top.
  • Layer cheese.
  • Crush Ritz crackers and stir into margarine.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 50 minutes.
