Ingredients
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted margarine
Method
- Drain beans.
- Put in bottom of oblong dish (9 x 13-inch). Drain corn and chestnuts.
- Layer over beans.
- Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and mayonnaise together.
- Put this on top.
- Layer cheese.
- Crush Ritz crackers and stir into margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 50 minutes.
