Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can sweetened pineapple slices
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Drain and save pineapple juice.
- Mix juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic powder thoroughly.
- Add chicken breasts one at a time.
- Top with pineapple slices.
- Soak for at least 12 hours. Cook 10 minutes each side on grill at medium to low.
- Add more pineapple juice if meat is not mostly covered with marinade.
