Ingredients
- 2 cans cut Italian-style green beans
- 1/4 lb. cooked ham
- 1/4 lb. Muenster cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. frozen onion rings
- 1 c. chopped onion
Method
- Cook green beans and onion in saucepan on stove top until onion is tender.
- Drain beans.
- Cut ham and cheese into narrow 3/4-inch wedges.
- Combine beans, ham, cheese and soup in greased wide shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Arrange onion rings on top. Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Yields 4 to 5 servings.
