Ingredients

  • 2 cans cut Italian-style green beans
  • 1/4 lb. cooked ham
  • 1/4 lb. Muenster cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small pkg. frozen onion rings
  • 1 c. chopped onion

Method

  • Cook green beans and onion in saucepan on stove top until onion is tender.
  • Drain beans.
  • Cut ham and cheese into narrow 3/4-inch wedges.
  • Combine beans, ham, cheese and soup in greased wide shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Arrange onion rings on top. Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Yields 4 to 5 servings.
