Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. filled chocolate cookie crumbs (about 18 cookies)
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1 c. chilled whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. Betty Crocker vanilla ready to serve pudding (1 c.)
  • 1/4 c. white creme de cacao
  • 1/4 c. green creme de menthe

Method

  • Mix cookie crumbs and butter thoroughly.
  • If desired, reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons crumb mixture for garnish.
  • Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
  • Chill.
