Ingredients
- 12 eggs, boiled
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. white sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 medium sized bag potato chips, crumbled
Method
- Put the cheese in the white sauce and stir.
- Butter a large casserole dish; layer the eggs and bacon.
- Pour a little sauce between layers.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the eggs and bacon. Sprinkle the crumbled potato chips over the top.
- Heat at 350° until bubbly.
- Makes a very good breakfast or brunch dish.
