Ingredients

  • 12 eggs, boiled
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c. white sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 medium sized bag potato chips, crumbled

Method

  • Put the cheese in the white sauce and stir.
  • Butter a large casserole dish; layer the eggs and bacon.
  • Pour a little sauce between layers.
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the eggs and bacon. Sprinkle the crumbled potato chips over the top.
  • Heat at 350° until bubbly.
  • Makes a very good breakfast or brunch dish.
