Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drain and use only 1/3 cup of the liquid
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 small pkg. (dry) cornbread mix (Jiffy)
Method
- Beat egg with a fork, then mix together with all other ingredients.
- Put in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
- Serves 6 to 8.
