Ingredients
- 1 lb. turkey sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, cut in wedges
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 6 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Make a roux.
- Add onion and bell pepper; saute.
- Add water, potatoes and sausage; season to taste.
- Cook until potatoes are done (approximately 25 minutes).
