- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Method
- Mix the macaroni, celery, bell peppers and onions in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to make a smooth dressing.
- Pour dressing over the vegetables, mix well and refrigerate.
- Makes about 5 cups.
