Ingredients

  • 1 envelope
  • 1 baked pizza crust, cut into 8 wedges*
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • suggested toppings: sliced or chopped pepperoni or salami, shredded mozzarella cheese or fresh mozzarella balls, sliced, sliced mushrooms, chopped green pepper, sliced pitted ripe olives, grated parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano or anchovies

Method

  • Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on package.
  • Brush about 1 tablespoon dressing on each pizza wedge or bread slice.
  • Place greens and tomatoes in bowl.
  • Toss lightly with remaining dressing.
  • Spoon greens mixture over 1 pizza wedge or 2 bread slices for each serving.
  • Top with desired toppings.
