Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 pork chops
  • salt
  • pepper
  • celery seed
  • mustard
  • flour
  • 2 cans chunky chicken soup
  • 2 c. bow tie noodles

Method

  • Rinse pork chops, then season with salt, pepper and celery seed. Lightly coat both sides of chops with mustard, then flour both sides. Pour both cans of soup into a pot, along with 2 cans of water. Allow to come to a boil. Brown chops in a skillet, then place chops into pot with the soup. Allow chops to simmer in the soup for an hour or until tender. Add noodles to soup/chops mixture after first 15 minutes of simmering is completed. Serve over rice.
