Ingredients
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- bacon to taste
Method
- Cook all above ingredients like you make gravy.
- Excellent for cold slaw or potato salad.
- For potato salad, fry bacon and keep about 2 tablespoons of the grease.
- Cut up about 1 cup of celery and saute.
- Boil potatoes, cool and slice and put in dish with chopped fine raw onions and refrigerate overnight.
- In morning heat sauce and add to potatoes.
