Ingredients
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Put all ingredients in a frying pan.
- Add spices: oregano, parsley and basil.
- Cook until most water is evaporated.
- Take low-fat Mozzarella cheese and put on top.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook until cheese melts.
- Slices like pizza.
