Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Method

  • Smash egg, cake mix, coconut and butter into pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mix.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
  • Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake after it cools and refrigerate for 8 hours or more.
