Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Smash egg, cake mix, coconut and butter into pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mix.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
- Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake after it cools and refrigerate for 8 hours or more.
