Ingredients
- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- heavy-duty Reynolds wrap
Method
- Turn on oven to 350°.
- While preheating, place meat in center of a large piece of Reynolds wrap in a roasting pan.
- Brush meat with A.1. sauce.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over it.
- Spread with mushroom soup.
- Wrap loosely in foil and bake at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- Vegetables, if so desired, may be added.
