Ingredients
- 3 qt. venison or a (13 lb.) Boston butt
- 5 medium onions
- 3 large bell peppers
- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 48 oz. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 c. salsa sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
Method
- Cook meat until tender.
- Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
- Beef or pork may be used but this is an excellent way to use venison.
