Ingredients
- 6 servings instant potato flakes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. dried chives
- 2 Tbsp. bacon bits
- shredded cheese
Method
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
- Stir in sour cream, chives and bacon bits.
- Spoon into 1-quart baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 400° until cheese is melted.
