- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Boil chicken with diced onion, carrot and celery.
- Let cool. Remove chicken from bones.
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix 1 cup chicken broth, chicken soup and celery soup; pour over chicken.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt 1 stick of margarine. Crush the Ritz crackers; mix with margarine.
- Sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake at 350° until it begins to bubble.
