Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 stick margarine

Method

  • Boil chicken with diced onion, carrot and celery.
  • Let cool. Remove chicken from bones.
  • Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix 1 cup chicken broth, chicken soup and celery soup; pour over chicken.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt 1 stick of margarine. Crush the Ritz crackers; mix with margarine.
  • Sprinkle over chicken.
  • Bake at 350° until it begins to bubble.
