Ingredients

  • 2 servings
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 slices ham
  • 4 teaspoons cream Brie
  • 4 thyme leaves fresh lemon

Method

  • Cut the peaches in half, and remove the pit.
  • In a grill, place the peaches with the inside facing down, and broil for 5 to 8 minutes, or until you begin to smell the fantastic aroma of the peaches caramelizing on the grates.
  • If you want, you can turn the peaches over to gain some colour in the base.
  • While peaches grill, remove the fat from the ham and cut into very small pieces.
  • In a small bowl place the ham with the cream of brie, and thyme leaves.
  • To serve, place the peaches on a plate, and cover with sauce.
  • Garnish with a slice of ham.
