Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 2 peaches
- 2 slices ham
- 4 teaspoons cream Brie
- 4 thyme leaves fresh lemon
Method
- Cut the peaches in half, and remove the pit.
- In a grill, place the peaches with the inside facing down, and broil for 5 to 8 minutes, or until you begin to smell the fantastic aroma of the peaches caramelizing on the grates.
- If you want, you can turn the peaches over to gain some colour in the base.
- While peaches grill, remove the fat from the ham and cut into very small pieces.
- In a small bowl place the ham with the cream of brie, and thyme leaves.
- To serve, place the peaches on a plate, and cover with sauce.
- Garnish with a slice of ham.
