Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 angel food cake
Method
- Make jello with 2 1/2 cups boiling water; stir well.
- Add juice from strawberries; stir well.
- Add berries and cool until slightly thickened (about 2 hours).
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Tear cake in pieces and cover bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with half of cake. Pour half of jello mixture over cake.
- Top with rest of cake, then rest of jello mixture.
- Chill.
