- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 3 to 4 anchovies, smashed
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 coddled egg
- 5 oz. virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 oz. tarragon vinegar
- 2 heads leaf lettuce
- 1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 medium-sized lemon
- 1 1/2 c. garlic croutons
Method
- You may adjust garlic and anchovies to taste.
- Smash garlic and anchovies into a paste, then add remaining ingredients, except lettuce, cheese and croutons.
- Toss with lettuce and top with cheese and croutons.
